Delivery
UK and international delivery times and charges are listed below. If your country is not listed please contact us to see if we can deliver to you.
We do not process orders on weekends, public holidays or outside regular working hours.
Delivery times listed are estimates only and we cannot be responsible for any courier or customs delays.
Please note that orders outside the UK may be subject to duties, taxes and other fees as well as customs delays and regulatory or legal restrictions. You or the recipient are responsible for any charges levied and for ensuring that any Products you order comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We are unable to offer any assistance or advice if any of these issues arise.
Price is based on a guaranteed delivery time for orders below:
UK Express: £5 and free over £50
Delivery time: 1-3 working days
UK Standard: Free
Delivery time: 2-4 working days
EU and Rest of World: £14.99
Delivery time: 3-17 working days
If your delivery is urgent you can call the clinic who will advise you, urgent deliveries can be arranged but the cost will be dependent on the speed of delivery required.
You will receive a tracking code via email, this will allow you to track your package.
Duties and Taxes
Customs charges vary depending on the country of delivery. If you are concerned about incurring high customs charges, we recommend you ask your local customs office about their rates. Duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. When you placed your order, you agreed to our terms and conditions of purchase.
Returns
At Teresa Tarmey, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. Our return policy allows for returns on shipped products within 7 days of receipt, only if they are faulty or damaged during transit.
RETURNS: To initiate a return, please email us at support@teresatarmey.com with your order number and use "Returns" as the subject line. Kindly include a detailed description of the fault, along with a photo or video demonstrating the issue.
EXCHANGE: Once we receive and inspect the provided evidence, we will proceed with exchanging the faulty product. Please keep in mind that we are unable to exchange a product solely based on personal preference or suitability. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to carefully review the product specifications and ensure that it meets your specific needs and preferences before making a purchase.
