What is the difference between a Treatment Gift Card and a Skincare Gift Card?

Treatment Gift Cards can only be redeemed against in-clinic treatments and appointments.

Skincare Gift Cards can only be redeemed against skincare products and online purchases.

Where can I redeem a Treatment Gift Card?

Treatment Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively at our Notting Hill clinic and cannot be used at Claridge’s.

Can I use a Treatment Gift Card to purchase skincare products?

No. Treatment Gift Cards are valid for treatments and appointments only and cannot be used towards skincare purchases.

Can I use a Skincare Gift Card towards a treatment?

No. Skincare Gift Cards are redeemable for product purchases only and cannot be used for treatments or appointments.

Can gift cards be exchanged or converted after purchase?

No. Treatment Gift Cards and Skincare Gift Cards are separate products and cannot be exchanged, converted, or altered after purchase.

Can I transfer the balance from one gift card type to another?

No. Balances cannot be transferred between Treatment and Skincare Gift Cards.

How do I know which gift card to purchase?

If the recipient would like to book a facial or in-clinic treatment, please select a Treatment Gift Card.

If they would prefer to shop skincare products, please select a Skincare Gift Card.

Can a recipient use more than one gift card at a time?

Yes, multiple gift cards of the same type may be used together where applicable.

Do gift cards have an expiry date?

Yes. 12 months. Please refer to the individual gift card terms at the time of purchase for expiry information.

Can gift cards be refunded?

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

What happens if I purchase the wrong gift card?

As Treatment and Skincare Gift Cards are separate and non-convertible, we are unable to exchange or amend gift cards after purchase. We recommend reviewing the gift card type carefully before completing your order.
