Sun-induced pigmentation can create uneven tone and dull the complexion. The Aerolase Neo Elite delivers advanced laser technology that targets excess melanin with precision to visibly lighten sun spots and restore a clearer, more even finish to the skin.

Using MicroPulse 1064 nm energy, the laser penetrates the skin to break down pigment without damaging the surrounding tissue. No downtime, no anaesthetic, just brighter, more refined skin.

Reduces visible sun spots and uneven pigmentation

Brightens dull or sun-damaged skin

Helps prevent future pigmentation from reappearing with consistent SPF

Safe, gentle, and virtually pain-free

Suitable for all skin types (I–VI)

No anaesthetic, no gels, no downtime

Result: Clearer tone. Brighter skin. Renewed clarity.
This treatment is not suitable for:

• Sunburned or irritated skin
• Unidentified or raised lesions (except red angiomas)
• Clients prone to pigment changes or poor healing
• Clients taking photosensitising medication (e.g. Accutane within 6 months)
• Clients using topical Retin-A (must stop 2 weeks before)
• Active cold sores or fever blisters (antivirals may be prescribed beforehand)

Is it painful?
No. Most clients feel only a gentle warmth as the laser passes over the skin. The Neo Elite’s MicroPulse technology keeps the treatment comfortable and virtually pain-free.

When will I see results?
Sun spots often begin to darken and then fade after the first session. More visible improvement is usually seen after 2–4 treatments, depending on the depth and density of the pigment.

Can it treat darker skin tones?
Yes. The Aerolase Neo Elite is designed to safely treat all skin types (I–VI) with minimal risk of post-treatment pigmentation.

Will the sun spots come back?
Sun spots can reappear with ongoing UV exposure. Consistent SPF and occasional maintenance treatments help keep pigmentation under control and maintain a clearer, more even complexion.
