The Aerolase Neo Elite offers a gentle, targeted approach to treating melasma and uneven pigmentation, helping to restore clarity and luminosity to the skin safely and effectively.

Using advanced MicroPulse 1064nm laser technology, the treatment targets excess pigment deep below the skin’s surface without damaging the outer layer, making it a safe and effective option for all skin tones, including darker skin.

Over a course of treatments, pigmentation gradually fades as the skin renews itself, leaving the complexion clearer, brighter and more even.

This treatment is not suitable for:

• Sunburned or irritated skin in treatment area
• Unidentified or raised skin lesions (except small red angiomas)

• Clients using topical Retin-A (must stop 2 weeks before)
• History of herpes simplex (antivirals may be prescribed in advance)

Is the treatment painful?
Most patients find Aerolase Neo Elite treatments to be very comfortable. The device is designed with advanced laser technology that minimises discomfort - many people describe the sensation as a mild warmth or tingling on the skin. However, everyone’s sensitivity is different, so you may experience slight sensations that vary depending on your skin type and the area being treated.

When will I see results?
Lightening often begins after 3-5 sessions, though some clients see change sooner.

Can it treat darker skin tones?
Yes. The Neo Elite is specifically engineered for safe, effective use on all skin types (I–VI).

Will melasma come back?
Melasma can recur due to hormones or UV exposure. Regular maintenance and daily SPF help prolong results.

Each treatment is customised by our expert team following a skin assessment. Melasma typically begins to lighten after 3–5 sessions, performed every 3–4 weeks, although additional treatments may be required depending on the depth of pigmentation.

Results appear gradually as pigment is naturally reabsorbed by the body and the skin renews itself. Some temporary darkening or mild flaking may occur before the skin brightens, which is a normal part of the treatment process.

Downtime: Minimal. The skin may appear slightly raised or red immediately after treatment, which should settle within 24 hours.
