The Aerolase Neo Elite is an advanced laser treatment designed to clear breakouts, reduce redness and improve overall skin clarity.

Using 650-microsecond laser technology, it targets acne-causing bacteria and overactive sebaceous glands without damaging the skin’s surface. This helps to reduce active breakouts while supporting long-term skin balance and refinement.

Each treatment is tailored by our expert team and may include gentle exfoliation, extractions and LED therapy to further support skin renewal, calm inflammation and enhance results. The result is clearer, smoother and more balanced skin, with visible improvement over time.

• Sunburned or irritated skin in treatment area
• Unidentified or raised skin lesions (excluding small red angiomas)
• Clients taking photosensitising medication (e.g. Accutane within 6 months)
• Clients using topical Retin-A (must stop 2 weeks before treatment)
• History of poor healing or pigment change after lasers
• Active fever blisters (antivirals may be prescribed beforehand)

When will I see results?
Most clients see visible improvement between 4–8 weeks, depending on skin and severity.

Is it painful?
Most patients find Aerolase Neo Elite treatments to be very comfortable. The device is designed with advanced laser technology that minimises discomfort - many people describe the sensation as a mild warmth or tingling on the skin. However, everyone’s sensitivity is different, so you may experience slight sensations that vary depending on your skin type and the area being treated.

Is it safe for dark skin?
Yes. The Neo Elite’s MicroPulse-1064 technology delivers energy safely below the skin surface, minimising any pigment risk.

Can it help with acne scars?

The treatment gently heats targeted areas to reduce bacteria and regulate oil production. Some clients may experience mild flare-ups initially as the skin clears, which is a normal part of the process.
